Carla grew up in Noord-Brabant and has called Amsterdam home for many years, where she lives with her family. She runs on coffee, cinnamon rolls, and good conversation.
Carla grew up in Noord-Brabant and has lived in Amsterdam with her family for years. She runs on coffee, cinnamon rolls and good conversation.
She's an entrepreneur, board member and investor with over 25 years of experience building and scaling media and technology companies. In growing organisations she kept seeing the same pattern: as teams expanded, more tools were introduced, but ownership of the overall SaaS landscape was missing. Finance and IT each saw a part, yet no one had a shared overview, and whenever one was made, it was quickly out of date. For Carla, this isn't about a lack of discipline. It's a natural consequence of growth.
As an entrepreneur and investor with 25 years in media and tech, she kept seeing the same thing: the more an organisation grows, the more tools it adds, and the less anyone sees the whole. To her, not a lack of discipline, but a natural side effect of growth.
